Acronis Access Connect Support

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Can someone please direct me to the right place to get support on Acronis Access Connect?
We spend thousands each year on renewing our licences for multiple offices and I can't for the live of me find out how to get support for the product.

I've tried registering the serial number under our account but it isn't a recognised serial number, there seems to be no way to get an online chat or email form to this product that I can see
