"Access to the File is Denied" error 262,164(0x40014)

Thread needs solution

After running error-free for a very long time, Acronis Backup 11.5 Update 6 (Build 11.5.43994) has started to fail every night with the following:

It's impossible to diagnose this without knowing what file or share is causing the error. Leaving aside the question of why the error message does not include this information, is there any way to find out?

Hello Thomas,

Actually, this information should normally be included in the log. Could you set silent mode for this plan (you won't get an interaction popup) and then through the error message stack for the this plan after it finishes? The information you are looking for might not be on top, but should be included in one of the warnings/errors.
