Acronis 11.7 Advance - Backup Replication to LTO tape

Thread needs solution

We have setup backup to disk then replicate newly created backup to another location with is our LTO tape vault.  Worked flawlessly the first week, started getting errors the second week. brand new tapes rotation each week.  had support on remotely, had no clue what the problem is other than telling us to reboot our server and tape drive...

We are on build 11.7.50064

Error I am getting during replication process.

Hello Malimar,

Thank you for your posting! I'd recommend re-attaching a tape device, then running full inventory and rescan of the tapes and check steps from the article Troubleshooting Tape Read/Write Errors.  Should the issue persists, please upload the following information, so that our support engineers can conduct more indepth investigation

  1. Export of the failing backup plan.
  2. Log of the failing backup plan.
  3. Collect System Report from the machine in question: see instruction for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Generating System Report, if this fails for any reason, you can use this AcronisInfo Utility
  4. Results of the tape device vendor diagnostic tool tests.
  5. Output of Tape detection tools

I've a brpoblem , it's look like the same one as above and I could not find the solution

Hello,

Have you tried typing the full path to the target folder via IP-address? Is it possible to access \\localhost\AcronisBackup from the machine where Agent for Windows is installed e.g. via Windows Explorer?
