Acronis Backup 11.5 (for servers) hangs after installation at the registration sceen

I am attempting to evaluate Acronis Backup for our server backups. I have downloaded the demo software, registered an ID with Acronis' web site, but after installation, the registration screen comes up. OK, that's fine - I put in my email and password and nothing happens. I press Enter or click Confirm, and nothing happens. If I click Forgot Password, it opens up Chrome and takes me to the password reset page. But other than that, nothing works except exit, which warns me that it will exit the program too.

I'm not very impressed so far...anyone have any ideas?

If it's an Advanced version, try to run the Management Console on some other machine and perform registration there. Otherwise or if it doesn't work there either, contact support. It won't prompt for registration this way with a full license.
