Acronis Backup 11.5 tibs - need to restore to VMWare server

Hi and many thanks in advance.
We have four servers all running Acronis Backup and recovery 11.5 with Universal restore.
We are now trying to test the restore by restoring them to a VMware server.
We have made four containers - all bigger than the original server drives on the VMServer.
We then boot into these and mount the external USB drive the tib is on and run the Acronis boot cd made from the backup program.
It boots into Acronis then errors saying it can't find the RAID disk.
I can't find any documentation on this.
Could someone please advise as we need to test restore every 3 months.

What does this error look like (screenshot)? Does it allow further actions? Is it possible to try WinPE-based media (as a workaround or while this problem with linux-based media is being investigated) ?
