This backup plan have been created few month ago and have no issues until last week.

Recreate new task in management consoles and local also facing the same problem.

For Windows 2003 there is a hotfix ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2283089 ) for the error 0x80070553 (its decimal value is in the error above - Fields: code : 2147943763 )
