Acronis Cloud

Thread needs solution

Hello. I am backing up to Acronis Cloud. When I log in to the Acronis web site to test web recovery I see one hundred and forty two folders, all with the same name and the same date two weeks ago. The folders contain a very small number of my files. Many files are missing.

My backup appears to be running properly, with lots of green icons in the History panel. I can correctly view the stored backup folders in the Acronis Backup 11.5 application panel.

Could you suggest what action I might take, please?

Thank you for your posting! Could you please provide us with the following information:

  • screenshots of backups in the web console and in the vault;
  • logfiles after backup: log - save to file;
  • screenshots of the backup plan settings
