Acronis Cloud backup getting failed.

Hi Team,

we are facing an issue related to Acronis cloud backup.

Environment details: AMS installed on Windows server 2012 R2 and Client machine added to AMS.
Subscribed to Acronis cloud storage of 500GB and used the same.

Scheduled a Backup job with Backup to Disk and replicate to Acronis Cloud. Getting failed with the following error message

It looks like agent (Client machine) can't connect to the cloud servers. You can test connectivity as described in https://kb.acronis.com/content/4350
