Acronis manager not functioning correctly after sql ran out of space

Thread needs solution

Had not used Acronis manager for a while, sql log had run out of space, cleared space using script found on another acronis forum thread but now cannot run any backups. Log files full of the following error....any ideas how to resolve?

Thank you for posting this message in our forum.

This message, I know from Acronis Backup & Recovery 11, but not from 11.5. Can you specify what build and version you are using?

What I can say at this moment is, that it is only a warning, that you should accept and check if it occurs again.

If this warning occurs again and your backup jobs do not longer run, then please provide me following information:

  • What Acronis product you are using? What build of it?
  • What script you have used to reduce the size of the SQL instance (kb article link or number, or forum thread)?
  • When you export and import the backup plan, do the imported clones work?
