Acronis Secure Zone

Thread needs solution

Does anyone know of a YouTube or Acronis tutorial video on how to setup and use a Secure Zone using Acronis Backup for PC 11.5?

* * UPDATED * *

I discovered how to setup a Secure Zone. Now, can I setup my PC to allow a one button restore like OEMs use F10 or F11 during boot? Or do I need to create a boot CD?

Also, If I build a PC for someone and setup a secure zone, what is the cheapest way to purchase a lic. to allow the end-user to use the secure zone?

Hi Jen,

Thank you for the question! Yes, Acronis Backup for PC provides a possibility to recover the not operating system without having a bootable media. This functionality is implemented through Acronis Startup Recovery Manager (ASRM), a modification of the bootable agent, residing on the system disk and configured to start at boot time when F11 is pressed. For more information please refer to the following article.

Acronis Secure Zone is supported by both product families. For Home users it will be Acronis True Image 2015 for PC and for Business you may be interested in Acronis Backup for PC and Acronis Backup Advanced for PC.  In this article you will find the detailed information about the differencies between Acronis Backup and Acronis Backup Advanced. And hier you will find the differencies between Acronis True Image 2015, Acronis Backup 11.5 for PC and Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5 for PC.
