Thread needs solution

I have had difficulty adding new computers to the Management Server. It fails telling me it the credentials were no good. It used those credentials to retrieve the license from the License Server, so I don't understand why it fails when registering the computer. This happens periodically, I add one computer with no problems and the next it fails. I am a member of the Acronis Administrators Group and the Acronis Remote Users Group on the server. I am also a member of the Acronis Remote Users Group on the computer I am adding. The account I use on all of these computers is in the Administrators group. Does any one have any suggestions?

You should check the credentials of the srvice that can run.
Anothing thing you can do, it access the license server with IP and not with his name (the same with the client).
