After Update 11.5 build 43994 to 11.7 build 44411 have some issues !!

Thread needs solution

Hello,

Do I am the only to encounter several issues since the update ?
After update the management console I began to update all agent on workstation after four updates the following work after four/five.
The backup plant almost all the time. Now I can't backup corretly my 120 workstations.

When I update agent :

When I try to backup some issues :

Sometimes I run the backup and successfully completes after 1 sec, but its an error!

Sometimes succeeded with warning with no logs after some times but no backup was created on the vault.

Thank you for your posting! The second message often indicates a crash and should be investigated by our support team.  Although it could the result of the faulty installation, reported in the first message. I would suggest running a repair installation. Please make sure, that all prerequisites are met. If the issue persists, please proceed with the troubleshooting steps from this article.

I have the same issue.

Upgraded to Backup Advanced 11.7.44409 and tried to install agents remotely.

Only two were successfull, rest all have me error:

Message: Request to the remote installation service has failed. This may indicate a connection failure.

Now I've upgraded to build 44411 and still the same error.

Remote install worked fine untill version 11.5.

Thank you for update. Have you checked all prerequisites for remote connection? If yes, please proceed with solutions from the following article. You will need Troubleshooting - 2. Issue types by root causes - 2.3 Remote installation fails.
