AMS Dashboard completely out of synch

Thread needs solution

The Acronis Management Server Backup plans and tasks list all backup plans with status "OK" However "Last finish time" and "Next start time" are completely wrong and never update.  They show april dates when I had backups run just yesterday(July 21 2016). 

Also, the :"Machines with agents">"All Machines with agents" lists all my machines and I can manually connect to them, All devices have status "OK" except 2 machines but again the "Last Connection" and "Last successful backup" timestamp is completly wrong.  Shows April time stamps and dont seem to update even after I manually conect to a machine successfully.

I am also unable to run command Help>Collect System Information. It runs for a few hours and returns the following errors:

Any ideas on how to resolve these issues?  Thanks in advance.

Hello Ayuekanbe,

The dashboard issue will have to go through our support engineers as there is no known standard problem that could cause this behaviour. I would, however, suggest updating to the latest build as the first step. This will exclude the possibility of prior bugs being related to the issue you describe and thus speed up the support process.

Concerning the system information: please launch the seperate tool made available for this purpose here
