automated boot menu Backup via Linux USB-Stick

we want to create a Linux recovery media on a USB flash drive with has the following functions.

1 continiue booting Windows
2 Data backup
3 Restore Data
4 disaster Recovery

following actions should be performed under the menu items.

1 Windows HDD start (automatic boot after 8 seconds if no other selection is made.)
2 automatic creation of the backup from first disk in the directory /custom on the USB stick
3 Automatic restore from the image in the folder /custom
4 Automatic restore from the image in the folder /disaster

Upon delivery the image we created is copied into the disaster folder to restore to factory settings.

I hope this can be done with Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Workstation.

If this is not possibly please show me an alternative.
