Automatically update data catalog
Everytime I go to restore anything, I get the message my data catalog may be out of date. I then click the "update the catalog now" button, and then nothing happens. I have several backups that I need to restore data from, but the catalog never updates. I have the backup set to full backup, then when I try to restore, the restore from dates are old dates, nothing recent. Is there a way to fix this? Is there a way to automatically update the catalogs on all my vaults so that when I go to restore, it already has the latest versions available? Thanks!

Hello AB,
You can always restore directly from the Archive view. The data catalog is useful only for searching for specific files @ specific dates.
As for why the catalog isn't updating, this will require some troubleshooting. To start, could you clarify what type of vault you are using, on what physical location this is located and what type of backups you are storing in this vault.
Please also clarify your build number.

Please check that the catalog is not disabled. If the catalogging is enabled, could you please attach the screenshots of your settings in the backup plan and events.db3 file from C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\ASN (please PM me, I'll send you an FTP link for uploading the file).
