Back up failed, and continuing to fail

Thread needs solution

Hello,

We have a weekly backup running, however it failed to backup last week. Troubleshooting I made sure there was enough space for the download, then tried a manual backup. It has been backing up for 48 hours now and it continues to give us the same error message. If I press "Ignore all" it continues for a little, then gives the same error. Below is the error we receive.
