Backing up remote machine

Hi All I currently have a MS Windows Server 2012 running Acronis Backup 11.5 Advanced Server.
When ever I try to backup a shared folder on a remote client computer I receive an error (almost 90% done then error shows). The error is as shows, please help and Thank you.

Anyone?

Acronis support seems to be lacking. I've had this product for a couple months and it's very hard to get an issue resolve.

'real' support is here - http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/ , the current page is a forum with no SLA. The FlushFileBuffers along with "Error occurred while writing the file" makes me think that the error happens on the 'target' part - where archive is located. Try to change it temporary to something else - to other network share / other local physical disk / etc., to check if it helps.
