Backup Content Hangs on Loading for Encrypted Vault

I have Acronis Backup 11.5 server and workstation advanced using a management server.

I have 4 AES256 encrypted vaults. Backups are succescfull and I can view the list of backups but if I try to look at the details of the backups it hangs at loading for 15 minutes or more.

If I detach the vault it does not find vault datadase to attach when I reattach it says there is no vault database. I can build a brand new vault and create a backup and the same thing happens.

I have another server at a differnet site that does not do this. Any ideas?

This makes it very time consuming to do a recovery.

Hi John!

If I understood correctly, an encrypted centralized managed vault can’t be attached correctly and browsing the data inside is very slow.

This could be an issue either with the Storage Node, either with the media you create the vault on. It can also be caused by the encryption mechanism itself.  

Se please first of all install the latest version of Acronis Backup Advanced (11.7 44421). The installation file can be downloaded from your account. If the latest version is already installed, please, execute the installation file and choose Install > Repair.  

Also, please, try creating the vault on another media (local or network) and see if the issue persists. If the issue doesn’t occur on a different location do a disk repair with a CHCKDSK or a tool if it is a NAS.
