Backup failed to network share

Thread needs solution

I have the following errors while trying to backup from a Windows PE boot disk to a windows Share in a domain. The authentication seems to work as I can see some XML get created but then the backup fails with the following error:

ProtectCommand: Failed to execute the command.

" The feature is not available." means that there are no licenses to perform backup. What licenses did you specify creating this media?

Hi,
When I built the disk I used the following licenses which were found on my license server:

Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Advanced Workstation + Deduplication Trial

Does this classify me to use the backup features. Let me explain my situation... I have a Linux boot CD that is missing the network drivers for my Dell Latitude E5420 laptops. If I boot a Dell Vostro off the Linux boot CD I CAN backup the image to a UNC share, if I boot the Latitude off the same Linux boot CD I cant back to to a UNC share.
I build a new boot CD an included the drivers for my Latitude E5420 (using the Win PE, not Linux boot option) and now I have the error about 'The Feature not available'

All I want to do is back up the Latitude disk using wither Linux of Win PE boot options...
