Backup Fails after 18 Seconds

Hi all

I hope anyone can help me. I have a ABR 11.5 Installed on a Win 2008 Server. Configurated is a dayly\weekly\monthly. After the job has began he say me an failure has occured. The job run 18 second after this time he breaks.

Befehl 'Backup' ist fehlgeschlagen.

I have searched on multiple platform but i don't have find an answer for this failure.

What are you backing up and where are you trying to store the image created?

Looks like it could be a licensing issue when it says that 'feature is not available'

thanks for your answer.

We wont to backup the data at a file share that put the files on the central depot. That's it, not more.

Try checking this to see if this is your issue.

On the machine, where the Acronis Management Server is running, please check following:

1.Go to Start -> Run -> regedit.exe

2.Locate the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Acronis\MMS\Configuration\License

3.Modify the subkey LicenseServerAddress, type in the IP address of License Server and press OK
(!) It is recommended to use IPv4 address of License Server instead of name or IPv6 address, to prevent possible issues with name resolution.

4.Restart Acronis services on the machine with Acronis Agent:
Go to Start -> Run -> services.msc;
Right-click on Acronis Managed Machine Service, and click Restart

I have testet it and it dosent works.

Does backup (of a small files) to a local folder work? If yes, it looks like a standalone license is assigned to this agent, which doesn't allow to backup to Storage Node.
