Backup Jobs Hung

Thread needs solution

I am running Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5.  I backup about 43 systems broken into two seperate jobs.  Everything has been working fine up until a couple of days ago.  When going into the Managment console, it is showing the two jobs running.  The jobs never finish and I cannot stop the jobs.  When I reboot or restart the services, the jobs start right back up.  They seem to be hung.

Outside of resintalling Acronis, I've tried everything I know to do.  Any help / assistance would be appreciated.

Is the Management Console connected to the Management Server or an Agent?

If it is the Management Server, please check which agent is running the job and connect to it directly. What do you see on the agent directly?

If you don't want to try and troubleshoot this problem, you can simply force-kill a task on the agents in question by terminating a process called "service_process.exe" on each affected agent.
