Backup plan does not work correctly with full backup

Hi,

I created new backup plans last month and full backup seems to not work.

details of plan:
Full -> 1st day of each month at 01:00
Incremental -> Mon-Tue-Thu-Sat at 04:00

Since the first full backup the 09 July 2015 I only have incremental backup.

Is there a bug? or something not well configured?

Others plans which have as trigger the first "monday" (for example) of each month works well.

Any idea?

In the schedule selection dialog there is an option 'if machine is turned off, run missed task at the machine startup'. It's on by default, is it possible that it was turned off for the full backup? Are there any errors in Acronis event logs on this machine for the full backup scheduled time? (connect to the machine ->'logs' in navigation tree - 'events' (instead of 'activities') in 'Display' switch.

Thanks to your advice, I checked log files and I think I know why the full backup did not started.
The vault was full during the weekend and many backups jobs was stopped and needed interaction.

To my mind, I reloaded job for incremental and ignore full backup. Or maybe incremental job which happens 2 hours after full job overwrite it and I only had an alert in order to launch again incremental. (Maybe you have the answer)

For your information, the checkbox was already checked in the backup plan.

I will convert the first incremental backup of August as a full and it will be OK.
