Backup Recovery boot does not detect RAID-1

Thread needs solution

I want to perform a complete backup of my Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit, with 500 GB (two hards drives, RAID-1) to an external hard drive.

However, when I boot up my system from an Acronis Recovery CD, it does not detect the RAID-1.

The model of the driver is Hp Dynamic Smart Array B320i Raid Controller.

Here are my system specs for your evaluation. Thanks.
Intel Xeon E5-2440 v2
HP LOGICAL VOLUME SCSI Disk Device

Regards and thank you

You need to make a WinPE recovery disk. First download and install the ADK from Microsoft. Then create a WinPE recovery disk using the Automatic option. If the WinPE disk doesn't detect your RAID, you can add the RAID driver during the creation process.
