Backups Failing with "Failed to create volume snapshot" Error code: 0x70021 & 502
Brand new server (Windows 2008 Standard R2), configured Acronis 11.5 to backup into one external drive and one RD1000. Both backups were running fine for a few days until we had to change the external drive to a different one. Since then both backups are no longer running with a failed to create volume snap shot. Already followed steps in this article and set the shadowstorage to max, confirmed that it was set to max:

VSS options set to default: use VSS (snapshot provider software system provider)
