baffled by new account page

Thread needs solution

I'm baffled by the new My Account page?  I go to Products, which is https://account.acronis.com/#/products . Under my downloads, I do not see the current version 44421, but rather see 13762?  Under my Licenses, I see an expiration of my Maintenence as 2012, whereas I know is in July 2017 (I paid for 3 years last time).

I had saved the old link (which I cannot get to from My Account?), https://www.acronis.com/en-us/my/products/ , which still has the correct information.

I do aggree with Lester about the new account page.

The old page was 100% and gave every detail and function that were relevant to a customer.

The new account page is just .... nothing or less than that.

Hi, thanks for the report, could you clarify what the product license registered under account where you expect build 44421?

We're working hard to improve the functionality of the new Acronis Account and fix the issues.
