Beware! Update 11.5->11.7 makes all your tape backups lost

All my tape backups made on 11.5 builds dissapear from tape library after upgrade to 11.7

Ivventarisation doesn`t help

Acronis support says "you tape library is not in compatibility list",  case ID 02673475

we use IBM 3310 library with Ultrium 3580-TD5 FC drives

all backups was found with new server installation, but still absent in old one

seems, the new installation is the only way to solve my problem

It´s the same by me. Not so good for tape-user ...
We use StorageLibrary T24 (Exabyte Magnum 224). An this ist a tape library in acronis compatibility list!

My problem solved, thanks to Acronis Support

1. Stop ALL Acronis services on backup server.

2. Rename C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\ARSM folder

3. Start Acronis services on backup server

4. Perform full inventory and rescan for tapes

5. May be step 4 needs to be repeated

Full reinstalling of the server is helpful too.

p.s. always backup your backup server configuration before update
