Cannot backup XP workstation running RAID 1

I just purchased and installed Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Workstation Bundle with Universal Restore and am getting the following errors. The workstation I am trying to backup is running Windows XP with a RAID 1 array. One of the RAID drives is missing.
