Cannot delete backup plan

Thread needs solution

During an online remote support session with Acronis, the technician created a Test backup plan. Now I can't get rid of it. When I highlight the plan, the option to edit or delete is grayed out. I get the same result whether I am local on the machine or from a management console on a different machine. The plan is not hurting anything, but I would just like to clean up the page. The computers are on a small workgroup and both are running Windows 7 64.

Hi Kent,

You are working with an advanced license, so the plan was probably created on the management server.

Centralized created plan cannot be edited from the agent.

* Please connect to the AMS (Connect - New connection - Connection to AMS)

* Right click on the plan - Delete

After that I would suggest synchronizing the agent with the management server: All machines with agents - Synchronize.

Log in with the credentials of the domain administrator.

If nothing helps, please attach the screenshot from the management server, where the Edit option of the plan is grayed out.
