Thread needs solution

Hello, I just created an image of my ssd c: on a netdrive (A:), but I'm not able to mount the successfully created image, to recover particular files. It shows up for a short time in Explorer (mapped to drive N:) and then disappeares with this error message:

"On the drive there is no known filesystem detected"

But it mounted for a short time successfully, and the filesystem is NTFS.

I did another incremental on that defective base full backup and the incremental was then mountable.
