Cannot register for Trial

Thread needs solution

Hello,

today I downloaded Acronis Server for Windows 11.5 to try it on one of our Windows Server 2012 installations. Installation was smooth, I selected the trial option and everything went fine.
However, when I try to start the Management console, it opens a small window and loads acronis.com (the website). I guess it should load some sort of login form (or similar), because if I want to close this window it tells me that either I register the software or it will exit.

There is no obvious other way than closing the window (and thus closing the console). Could anyone help me here?

Thank you

Hello Lukon Demetz,
Is there the 'Create account' link in this window? Normally, there is a small form that you should fill before starting. Please click Create account and fill the form.

I 100% agree. I am not able to end the registration.

1. while starting acronis backup (formerly for workstation) i get an javascript error: ie11 try to download the file named "conversion.js" from a google server...
2. the windows is poorly small. i cant read in best case half of the content.
3. there is absolutely NO description how to proceed with registration. your new website is a simple "bullshit bingo hell"
4. once i found a registration form by wildly licking around. there opened step 2 of the registration but the "missing fields" werent editable because of a picture that oversized the form. anyway i didnt find this registration form again...

in conclusion i want to say: POOR performance from acronis to attract new customers....
If you have a "quick and dirty" solution how to proceed - let me know. but i am not willing to conclude a computer science studim only for this.

i am really upset because now i try for 3 days without any result..... :((

Hello Gerrit,

could you please create an illustrating screenshot and post it here?

Thank you.
