Cannot resolve inclusion rule

Thread needs solution

i couldnt find any information about following error and warning messages. it's Hyperv backup.

Cannot resolve inclusion rule '[C92C3BA8-815B-4D86-9BE5-3075F66D953C,mms::vm::machine#4B2A7A93-A44F-4155-BDE3-A023C57C9431=gct::disks]'.

thank you for your posting and welcome to Acronis Forum!

Usually error message “Cannot resolve inclusion rule” means that during backup operation the process could not find the items that were selected in the backup plan as a source: VMs, their disks, separate files etc.

Please check if the relevant backup plan is created correctly, selected VMs exist and have not been deleted.

If everything looks ok, please click on List Disks for each selected virtual machine to make sure that agent is able to create a snapshot. If it gives errors please post the message here.
