Can't start Backup

Thread needs solution

The Backup is started manually. We use the Backup daily and save our data onto a Synology NAS.
This Works a few weeks or days. Then suddenly I can't run the job. Under "Backup plans an Tasks" i see the job but if hit "Run" the Submenu (which should be opened) doesn't/is empty.

I hat the same isue with v11 (different versions/updates). Now i have got 11.5.
I also reinstalled the v11 and it happend again.

Thank you for posting this question in our forum. I am happy to assist you. 

Can you describe the situation more detailed? Did you uninstall the version 11.5 and reinstall version 11 now, or how is the current status?

If you can use the version 11.5, I recommend using this version. The latest build there is 11.5.37613. 

After installation of version 11 and 11.5 and vice versa, I also suggest to run a cleanup in order to clean registry entries and left program components. You will find more information about in this article from our knowledge base.
