Central Depot generate a new Full Backup

We have a Central Depot with one Full Backup and a few inkremental Backup´s.
We can create a new Full Backup from the Acronis Console.
Is there a way to shedule this Task so that we can create this full BAckup every week ore something?

Yes - if you select 'custom' backup scheme, you can specify separate schedules for full, incremental and differential backups.

I dont want Acronis to make a new full Backup.
I want to generate a new Full Backup from old Backups in my Depot. In my Depot is one Fulle Backup and 10 Different, now i want to make a new Full Backup from the Last Different, there is a Button in the Depot view on the top. But i want to do this sheduled.

This is a 'convert to full backup' command. It doesn't create new full backup, but converts existing incremental or differential to a full. You can't schedule this operation from console, but you can perform it from command line using 'convert full' command - http://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/ABR11.5/index.html#11630.h…
