Convert windows server 2008 R2 TIB to Hyper-V

Hello, i need help with a task of conversion. I have a tib image of one machine with windows server 2008 R2 OS. In a new server i boot with the bootable media created in acronis, and i want to convert this TIB to an Hyper-V machine, i select "virtual PC" in type of conversion, but when the task finishes show an alarm that tells incompatible target image...

Itsnt posible to convert an 2008 R2 TIB file into vhd image??

Does the task fail or just display the warning? If the virtual PC is in fact created, the next step is to add its vhd to an existing Hyper-V machine.
