Deduplication Backups Missing from Vault
I recently purchased Acronis 11.7 Advanced PC for it's ability to use deduplication to consolidate existing backups. I imported existing Acronis backups(of different disks) into an unmanaged vault, and them imported them into a deduplicated vault. This seemed to work fine with the backups and their contents properly listed. I then deleted the original backups from the unmanaged vault. Now several months later, I wanted to verify the data in the deduplicated vault, and I can see the seven backups in the vault, but they are all the same size and have the same contents. So somehow the vault data or catalog must have gotten corrupted. Is there a way to recover these backups from the managed vault? Should I try and re-catalog the data? This seems like a pretty big flaw and doesn't give me much confidence in using deduplication in the future.
Edit: It appears that there are archives missing but one archive has multiple backups in it that all have the same data. This seems incorrect to me, as I thought all the backups that I imported were just full backups without any incrementals.

Hi Raphael,
Thanks for the suggestions. All versions are 11.7.44411 so I don't think that's the problem. I currently have a perpetual license for Backup Advanced, but I don't have the Acronis Advantage support so I might have to look into how much that costs or perhaps pay per incident is an option?

Have you tried to recover from that archive?
Maybe it is really a catalog issue. If your data will recover correctly (other than incremental/same data) you can try to re-catalog.
I haven't seen any similar issue description providing a solution yet.
Current Build is #50058, don't think it will correct that issue but you can try.
