Email notification subject variables

I've just noticed in the 11.5 update 1 release notes you added the new %description% variable for email notifications.
Do you plan on adding any more variables any time soon? I work in a team that supports over 150 servers and to montir them we've created a database to read the notification emails received in our exchange mailbox.
The database works perfect for reading emails were Acronis has been successful in the backup, also where it fails. With the two types we receive it reads the first line of the email body to pick up the START date/time of the first task so that we can organise and archive emails on a single specific day.
The problem is that for an email that we receive where Acronis needs user interaction, there is no date to pull from the email as the "received" email date is not reliable.
The best solution i can see would be to create a %startdate% variable so we can add it in to the subject line, could this be done? And/Or maybe allow us to edit the body of the email also with a variety of variables.
I also own Acronis Home 2013 which does allow me to add variables using @ etc, i'm just surprised this hasn't been implemented in to Acronis Server.

Has there been any thought in to this? Could there be, as a request?
