Hello,

following error when trying to backup to cloud location.

an archive for another pc already exists in this cloud location.

could this be the reason why it's not possible to create an archive for this pc?

Did you activate the subscription for this machine? You have to reassign it to this machine unless it's a 'volume subscription'.

I think so.

Subscriptions is valid until 2015-04-01 according my account on Acronis website.

What do you mean with reassign? Is this a task have to be done on the maschine in Acronis software?
