Error Code 20,250,685(0x135003D)

Thread needs solution

New server i'm trying to back up.  If I enable Single Pass I get these errors.  If I run it without single pass its a success so i'm assuming its something with SQL.  I've read some troubleshooting guides without much help.  Any help from you experts would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Wes,

Single pass backup connects to the SQL server to collect all of its internal metadata. This data is included in the image backup and allows things like granular restoration of SQL databases.

Your error is pretty straight forward: this metadata cannot be collected for some reason.

Most probably, because the account used to run the backup does not have enough rights for the SQL server. You can find the list of permssions in our documentation here: http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisBackup_11.7/#…
