Error: Failed to read data from the disk.

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I'm running Acronis on a Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2, and whenever I attempt to run any backup (Full or Differential), I always get the error of "Failed to read data from the disk," and it always needs user interaction. After pressing Ignore all, it goes through seemingly without any issues. The problem with that is that I have multiple servers to maintain, so I need this software to run smoothly without me having to log in everyday to finish running the backup.
Any help with this would be great. Thanks!

Hi Juan,
If you use Acronis Backup & Recovery, then we can recommend to enable the preset "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" . In this case ABR will automatically handle errors and continue backups. See the http://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/ABR11.5/index.html#1302.ht… for details.
