Error installing Acronis Agent on XP

We are currently deploying Acronis 11.5 across the organization. However, one of the XP box failed during the installation of the agent. And pop up with the following error:

Error installing Acronis 11.5 Agent Core
Code: 013795837

Message:

Suberror:
Code: 01603
Line Tag: 0xbd28fdbd64edb8ee
Message: Fatal error during installation

This is the only XP box we have difficulty with. Does anyone know anything about these error code? Thx!

Something happened when assigning permission to service folder. Installation log is needed to find the reason.. There is 'show log' link in the installer window, it will open installation log.
