error while backing up exchange edb file

Thread needs solution

Hello
I get this error while performing a file backup of the exchange edb file.
The error says the file does not exist.
Anyone an idea?

This type of access error can be caused by numerous issues, but they can be roughly divided into two broad categories:

1. There is actually a file missing that should be there

2. The files exist but can't be accessed correctly. Usually this means permissions are not set correctly.

It's not really possible to fully diagnose this problem and find the root cause with just the message you provided, but there is an important clue in the "HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy136" path listed in the errors. This path points to the VSS snapshot copy, so this would be the first place to start looking.
