Failed to add or connect to 2 out of 6 identical PC's, getting different errors for each.

I am a bit stumped ATM. I have 6 identical PC's, four of them added to AMS no problem, the other 2 will not add and i cannot connect to them either.
PC 1 - Error
Indicates it is ready to add and then gives the following msg:

When i try to connect to the PC's i get the following:
PC 1 - error

As indicated, the other PC's have no problems and they are all identical.
There is no Firewall in place.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi Igor
I will confirm this on the one machines today. On the second machine I can confirm that the service starts and then stops about 10 seconds later. No matter how many times I start the service, the same thing happens.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the acronis core and agent, but the same thing happens. This applies to PC 1 as listed in the above.
I will confirm PC2's status later.

Hello Dylan,
Is there a crash error present in the Windows Event logs? If not, there might be a problem with some of the application data created after an installation (located in C:\ProgramData\Acronis) or the registry.
Please note that a default uninstall through the Windows "Programs and Features dialog" does not remove this information, so if you tried this sort of uninstall/reinstall, it would not fix the issue.
I would suggest going through the Start menu -> Acronis -> Uninstall -> you will see a check-box with "Remove the product's logs, tasks, vaults and configuration settings". If you've not done this previously, please try to uninstall with this check-box active and the reinstall.
