failed to get backup

Thread needs solution

Have a backup plan for a samba file sharing for several mounts that has been working successfully.
backing up samba file sharing and to a NAS storage .
using Acronis Backup & Recover 11 Agent for Windows server 2008R2.

Command 'Running backup plan 'Backup 9/8/2015 9:32:09 AM'' has failed.

Thank you for your posting! Please check suggestions from this article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/2954 and make sure you are specifying credentials in the proper form:

  • NAS.local\user
  • Domain.local\user  

The user should also have full access to the backed up folders, subfolders and files.
