Fails to duplicate backup to cloud service

Thread needs solution

We have just recently installed Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5 to backup our NAS drive attached to our network and have had issues with the backup not duplicating into our Acronis cloud account. It worked initially on the first go and uploaded fine but every backup since then has failed. We have recreated the backup, deleted the local backup files and tried again but no luck. During the run it backs up locally with no problems and then it appears to send the backup to the cloud but after it appears to have finished it reports that it has failed to complete. As our backup is over 16Gb its burning through our data allowance every time, Also it appears to be in our cloud backup as the free space goes down by 16Gb every time we try. For the moment we have to disable this feature as we can't afford the data usage every time. I have attached the last log from the failure. Any help would be appreciated.....
