Fatal error when installing Management Console
Originally I have 11.5 on my PC (Win 7 x64 SP1) and it works fine.
I want to update it to 11.7, when I tried to install 11.7 Management Console, it shows

I find the "answer" in here
https://kb.acronis.com/content/33955
It says
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And this error:
Windows Popup shows message:
"File "C:\WINDOWS\Installer*.msi" was rejected by digital signature policy"
Cause
The issue is caused in Microsoft Installer. This issue occurs if the Windows Installer process has insufficient contiguous virtual memory to verify that the .msi package or the .msp package is correctly signed.
Solution
The solution for this issue, you will find in the Microsoft Knowledge Base in this article.

But I don't have the sympotom shown in red words above.
I tried to go back to 11.5, but the same error occured during 11.5 management console installation.
I also tried "abr_cleanup_h.exe" (cleanup tools for Acronis backup), no lucky.

It looks like current user can't access (has no permissions to) some registry entry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall . You can use Process Monitor to check the exact name of the registry entry - unfortunately it's not recorded in the installation log.

The current user has administrator privilidge。
The current user is the same one who could install 11.5 successfully before.
Why the same user can't install 11.5 or 11.7?

New registry keys may have appeared after the product was installed the first time. It's possible that permissions for administrator are expliciltly revoked from some keys.
