File Restore Issue

Hi Guys, I am having an issue (and this is not the first time, I had this with orher versions of Acronis) where I take an image and wish to restore files inidividually or by directory. Some folders I am able to copy and paste and other.. just don't... Nothing happens. It's very frustrating and I am ready to just give up on this product. Has anyone else encountered an issue like this?

Can you recover these files using Management Console - click recover, select content, and select recover 'as files'?
