Forcing reboot into OS after backup from Linux-based bootable media

I have an SBS server that I need to make a backup image of, but I have to minimize the total downtime. I will be able to launch the backup locally, but I won't have access to the server until after it needs to be up and running. It was my understanding that the backup could be set to reboot upon completion. I didn't see a checkbox in the interface, such as the Recovery option has. How do I set this?
