FTP Problem to Off-Site

I need to backup a Server (full) and then take the copy to the FTP Server (off-site) and then synchronize only the differentials.

How do I accommplish that as thetech support for the product is USELESS !!!

Concerning your question, I suggest that your course of actions be as follows:

1. Create a local full backup (you can also configure it to the FTP site directly, if the bandwidth allows this). 

2. Transfer it to the FTP site.

3. In the Acronis Backup console create a backup task. In "Where to backup" section browse to the folder on the FTP site containing the full backup and select it.

4. Set the backup type to Differential or use any other scheme that allows you to create differential backups.

After this you should be able to make differential backups to the offsite FTP location.
