hanoi tower backups strange behavior

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Last week, I had to stop the nas where are strored backups, in order to enlarge raid storage. So I disabled all backup tasks. Unfortunately when I restored "backup" of archives on the nas I lost some files on one archive. As the backup sheme type was of hanoi tower, I decided to delete the entire archive and catalogue in order to start a new backup cycle. I was surprised that after tasks reactivation, a full rotation sheme was made during the day !!!? As the backup is configured to 6 levels, I got a first full backup, then 4 differential backups (I don't know if all intermediate incremential backups were done ...) and finally a new full backup.
I already had the feeling that when people are out of office (taking there laptops, so scheduled tasks not done), several steps of backup are done on the same day when they come back, but I was not quite sure.

I don't understand why ! Tasks are scheduled each office days of the week, option to start missing task if computer stopped is disabled and configuration is set to try only 2 times in a 20 minutes interval in case of failure, so why are several levels of tasks sheme performed at same time ?

By the way, I also don't understand that when a hanoi tower sheme is selected, there is no way to define task start conditions ! when computer is not connected I got numerous errors that are really not relevant !

Acronis backup advanced v 11.5.38573 on Windows server 2003 R2 standard x64

Some explanations and/or suggestions will be great

Thanks in advance
