Having major issues with the network backup require immediate assistance

Hi so here is the issue we have about 10 computers each setup with acronis 11 and it was taking about 10 minutes to do incremental backup with validation and about 25 mins for full backup . data being about 1gb and about 25-30 gb respectively.

We bought licenses for 11.5 I ran the upgrade and no issues except we put these computers on a new switch. Now the backup takes about an hour and half for incremental update and about 3 hours for a full backup.

As we are a business we cannot have computers being tied on for that long. We have them setup with a 30 minute window per computer which in the previous version works. We are also on a gigabyte network and each computer is setup for about 100mb/s dedicated connection.

The location being backed up is on the same switch.

What changed ? I don't understand why it is taking so long.

I have also checked the maximum cpu usage and max network settings and still nothing.

The issue, you reported, could be caused by changing the network environment. I suggest collecting a network protocol, creating a system report of the affected machine and contact support. You will find all available support options in our Customer handbook.
